New: Manage your team like a Flytedesk pro

Manage your team seamlessly & flexibly with updated team settings, permissions, and roles.

We updated the team page to make it even easier to manage the people that power your Flytedesk team. We also reorganized the team roles to make team member management more flexible & organized. Login and click 'Team' on your Settings page to see the brand new design!

(TIP: the Settings page used to live on the left side bar. Now, it lives in the top-right corner with Log Out.)

Here are the details:

  • The team page now lives under 'Settings' alongside your Account and Organization settings. (Before, it was its own separate page).
  • Add or edit your Primary Contact & Billing Contact by editing a user's info and checking the box under 'Additional Info.' One team member can be tagged as both (Primary & Billing Contacts are required, and you can only have one! Make sure these are the team members you want Flytedesk to get in touch with first.)
  • Use the 'Invite User' button to add new team members like your billing manager, adviser, account reps, designers, and anyone else who needs access to your Flytedesk account
  • We added an 'Advisor' flag for your, well, Advisor
  • The team page now lives under 'Settings' alongside your Account and Organization settings. (Before, it was its own separate page)
