Are you looking to level up your local ad sales? The Ad Sales Accelerator Bootcamp is designed to help your student media organization take the next step toward increasing advertising sales and improving revenue.
Over the semester, we will host a series of revenue and sales-focused webinars and 1-on-1 coaching sessions tailored to your unique ad sales goals and objectives.
In addition to attending the webinars, you will receive a total of four 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Flytedesk’s program leads. During these sessions, we’ll cover your specific team goals and provide you with additional tools, resources and guidance you need to succeed.
*This program is specifically made for organizations with existing sales/business teams that are ready to take the next step in advertising sales and revenue generation. Ashley Caudill is our programming and marketing manager. She graduated from Kent State University in May 2024, where she was the sales manager for Kent State Student Media and led advertising sales for its 10 media groups. She also served as the managing editor for The Burr Magazine and wrote for The Kent Stater.

Paige Ladisic Hamzik is our director of publisher development. She led advertising and revenue strategy at The Daily Tar Heel at UNC-Chapel Hill for four years, contributing to the team that took the DTH from substantial revenue losses to sustainable revenue growth. She also led product and revenue at The Assembly, a startup magazine in North Carolina, for two years before returning to flytedesk.
